Freedom is a player’s ability to think independently, self -regulate and make confident decicions on the field without constant direction.
At Europa Futbol, we foster this through a largely non-directive coaching approach – encouraging players to take ownership of their choices and develop a deeper understanding of the game through experience
COMPETENCY
Competency is the ability to apply learned skills effectively across different situations on the field.
