Term 2 – 2026 Term Development Program – Mondays

Kickstart Your Football Journey With the Europa Football Term Development Program

We have carefully developed a structured pathway that helps every player grow, offering opportunities that cater to all skill levels while identifying and nurturing those who aspire to pursue football more seriously.

Tier 1

  • AGES 4–16 | ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME
  • A fun, energetic introduction to football, helping kids build skills, confidence, and a love for the game
  • Each player will participate in a series of trials at the end of each term to assess their readiness to progress to Tier 2.

Tier 2

  • AGES 7–16 | SKILL BASED SELECTION
  • A comprehensive, high-quality program for players ready to take their game to the next level, focusing on advanced techniques, tactical awareness, and competitive preparation.
  • Selection into Tier 3 is based on performance, progress reports, coach recommendations, and trial assessments at the end of each term

 

Europa Futbol Uniform must be worn and can be purchased when registering. 

 

Following the conclusion of the term, every player will receive a detailed progress report outlining their development across key areas, including technical skills, tactical awareness, physical attributes, and more.

Reports will be provided to all parents/guardians, and players, with opportunities available to meet with coaches to discuss individual progress and next steps.

Day 10: Monday 22nd June 2026
