Europa Futbol Australia – Terms & Conditions
General Participation
By registering in any Europa Futbol Australia program — including Term Training, Holiday Camps, Trials, 1-on-1 Coaching, and Development Clinics — all participants (and their parent/ guardian if under 18) agree to abide by the following terms. These are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and rewarding football experience for all.
Program Schedule
- Sessions are delivered weekly as per the registered program schedule (e.g. Mondays and/or Thursdays).
- All training sessions are held at Maxwell Creek Oval, Bardia unless otherwise communicated.
Wet Weather / Cancellations
- If a session is cancelled due to wet weather, field closures, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the session within the same term.
- Rescheduled sessions may occur on alternative days or times, depending on field availability and coaching resources.
- Parents/guardians will be notified via email and/or SMS with as much notice as possible.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions due to personal circumstances (including
illness, injury, holidays, or other commitments). - If a session is cancelled by Europa Futbol and a suitable make-up session cannot be arranged, a refund may be issued for that missed session at our discretion.
- Our first priority will always be to offer a rescheduled session to ensure continuity and player development.
- Refund requests (if applicable) must be made in writing and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Training Kits & Uniforms
- All players must wear the official Europa Futbol Australia training kit to each session.
- New players who have not yet been fitted for a uniform must arrive early on their first session for sizing and collection.
- Players arriving without the correct kit may be unable to participate.
Attendance & Punctuality
- Players should arrive 10–15 minutes early, ready to start training on time.
- Missed sessions due to lateness or incorrect gear will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Media Consent
- By registering, you consent to Europa Futbol using photos/videos of your child for promotional and marketing purposes across social media and other digital platforms.
- If you prefer to opt out of media usage, please notify us in writing at: admin@europafutbol.com.au
Safety & Supervision
- All sessions are run by licensed coaches, and staff maintain appropriate Working With Children Checks (WWCC).
- While every effort is made to ensure safety, Europa Futbol is not liable for injuries that occur during participation.
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay nearby during sessions for players under the age of 12.
